The Decker bowl

After Decker died I decided to do something special in his memory. So ever year there is a competition for the best crossbreed competing in obedience nationwide. The points awarded are the same from pre beginner to Ch. C and Pro dogs are included too.
The trophy is the 'Decker Bowl', which is a lead crystal bowl on a wooden plith and is presented at Crufts. This trophy is held for a year but Dog Training Weekly kindly present a lead crystal replica for the winner to keep.
The Decker Bowl 2004

The Decker Bowl 2002

The Decker Bowl 2001
1st Jenny Miller with EBONY NICKEL CDex UDex WDex - 103 pts
2nd Brian Emery with COLREIVER CELEBRATION - 96 pts
Joint 3rd Chris Allen with COLTREIVER CONNOISSEUR - 93 pts
Mr W Ferguson with WALKER'S CARDHU - 93 pts
Ray Stevenson with LUKE OF MANSELL MEADOWS - 93 pts

So far the trophy has been won by a poodle/collie then working A/B. A beardie/collie then working Nov/A and a GSD/collie working C and Ch. C. No Coltriever has won it yet - they've been close, maybe next year.
